  • QuickBooks Training

    Overview: Sign up is now available for the February QuickBooks Training Session. You will receive four hours of QuickBooks training from 9:00am to 1:00pm for $169. The manual and a light meal are also provided. Jason P Bailey,CPA is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and will be conducting the training. Call 919 234 7574 to sign up. Space is limited.

  • Camp Millionaire for Kids

    I am hosting a weeklong summer camp from 9am to 1pm at the Herb Young Community Center in Cary on July 9th, July 23rd, and Aug 6th that will teach kids ages 11-15 about how to handle money. If you would like more information call the Herb Young Center at (919) 460-4965. They will also be able to help you register for the camp.

    Overview: There are dangers in debt and criteria to develop credit.
    This seminar will help you understand the credit score, the difference between good debt and bad debt, the steps to take to get rid of the bad debt, and how to increase your credit score.

    Overview: The American dream for many is built around home ownership. Getting a good education allows this dream come true.
    This seminar will discuss the steps to take to own a home, saving for an education in your life or your child’s life, and basic savings tips and strategies that can be applied to anything you need to save money for.

    This seminar will provide a brief overview of how to determine how much savings you need to retire, how to catch up if you are behind in building a nest egg, and some various instruments you can use to grow your nest egg. You will come away better prepared to make simple financial decisions to put your retirement plans on the right track.

    Overview: Everyone should have a will, but very few people actually do.
    This seminar will show you how to write a simple but legal will. It will explain the basics of estate planning as well as the various types of wills to have during your life. You will be given a checklist of necessary steps to take to ensure that your wishes are honored in the event of unexpected death.
